General Questions
Do I have to leave a deposit when confirming the booking?
Yes, to confirm a booking it is necessary to send a 30% deposit within 10 days of booking. Once you have made your booking you will receive an email with your bank details to make the payment via bank transfer.
Can I cancel a reservation?
If the deposit has not yet been paid, the reservation can be canceled without penalties. Once the deposit has been paid, and up to 30 days before arrival, it is possible to cancel the reservation, but the deposit will be converted into a voucher of the same value. The voucher can be used within the season following the booking season, for a future holiday.
Can I change a booking?
The reservation (name, period, accommodation) can be modified subject to our availability and by paying any price difference.
How many days minimum can I book?
The stay is at least 7 nights with check-in and check-out on Saturday. However, in low season periods, it is possible to book for a smaller number of days, and it is possible to select a departure and arrival day other than Saturday. For information and availability we recommend you contact our agencies.
What equipment does the apartment have?
All rental apartments are equipped with a hob, fridge, pots and pans. Most of our apartments for rent are equipped with air conditioning and microwaves. Some apartments may be equipped with a dishwasher and/or washing machine. For the precise equipment of each apartment we recommend you contact our agencies.
If there are problems in the apartment, who can I contact?
We have maintenance teams available every day ready to intervene in case of problems. If you need an intervention you can call our offices, and our staff will handle your request as quickly as possible.
Do I have a beach spot reserved with my reservation?
With your booking you are entitled to a personal beach place, which includes an beach umbrella, a sunbed and a deckchair, from the 4th row onwards, excluding the side rows. Beach place included for all structures except for the Residence Valbella.
What paid services can I request?
- You can request towels and sheets for all guests.
- If you need it, you can request an extra beach place.
- If you have small children you can request a high chair and cot.
- If you need one or more bicycles, we have an agreement with BIKEandGO, Corso del Sole 8, Bibione, for a weekly rental at a discounted price of €25.
Are there any other costs not included?
Tourist taxes are not included in the offer.
Do I have a reserved parking space?
Where expressly indicated, the rented apartment has a reserved parking space for “standard” sized vehicles. We invite you to respect the assigned place with respect for the other tenants.
Can I bring pets?
Pets are allowed in many of our homes and apartments. In some apartments the presence of animals is not permitted to ensure rooms suitable for the stay of people with allergy problems. A supplement of €30.00 is required for each pet, regardless of the length of stay.
How many people can stay in each apartment?
The number of people allowed in each apartment varies according to its type, in any case it is not possible to accommodate more people than those indicated by us. Children are counted the same as adults.
Check-in
What documents are needed for check-in?
For check-in, the identity documents of all the people who will stay in the apartment are required. To speed up check-in operations, we recommend paying for your holiday a few days before departure and filling in the guest details at least one day before arrival using the link we will send you via email.
What are the check-in times?
Check in takes place from 4.00pm to 8.00pm (the check-in time can be brought forward, but the delivery of the keys remains indicative from 4.00pm onwards).
If I arrive outside the check-in time and have checked in online and paid in advance, is there any solution?
For arrivals after hours we leave the keys in a coded box. This service must necessarily be agreed upon by calling our offices.
Do I have to leave a deposit?
Any problems encountered in the apartment must be communicated within 24 hours of arrival. Any breakages will have to be compensated. There is a deposit of €100 per apartment, which will be returned once the condition of the apartment has been verified.
How can I pay the rent?
The stay can be paid by cash, POS or check on the day of arrival or by advance bank transfer made at least 3 days before the start date of the stay.
Check-out
What time do I have to leave the apartment?
The rented apartment must be vacated by 9.00 am.
In what conditions should I leave the apartment?
The apartment must be left tidy and clean, otherwise €50 cleaning costs will be charged
What can I do if I have to leave before the check-out time?
For early departures it is possible to leave the keys in the mailbox, made available outside our offices. In case of early departure outside the opening hours of our agencies, the expected cost of cleaning the rented apartment will be charged.
